frequently asked questions

  • when will my order ship out?
    All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week. It’s just me running this small little thing right now, so thank you for your patience! =]
  • when will my order arrive?
    Orders are shipped from India. After receiving your “shipped” status email, please allow - //. 1 week if you are ordering from India. //. 2 weeks if you are ordering from around the world [ sorry! shipping is such a pain — thank you for your patience ='] ] If you have waited longer than the above wait times and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email and I’ll do my best to figure it out!
  • I didn't get an order confirmation email =O
    Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!
  • do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
    Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as cancellations, exchanges, or returns on the items can be prone to product creasing and damage. Thank you for understanding! =]
  • my package is damaged / missing ='[
    If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control. If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above [ see: “when will my order arrive?” question ] and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.
  • I'm missing something in my order =[
    So sorry! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can.
  • will there be fees/taxes on my package?
    Depending on where you are ordering to and from, you may have additional customs fees/taxes on your order that you will need to pay in order to receive it. Most international orders will make it through customs without additional fees [depending on the value of the order and what country you are in]. Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs. If you are ordering from UK / EU, please note that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. Please note that shipping times may be affected by customs depending on where you are ordering to. By ordering from this online shop, you agree to the above terms.
  • what is "sticker mail"?
    This shipping option is available for sticker-only orders! Because stickers are small I can send them as standard mail, which is cheaper than other shipping options. Please note that if you’d like your stickers shipped via Sticker Mail, there will be no tracking available and the stickers will be sent in a normal, non-reinforced envelope with a “do not bend” stamp.
